Conditions relating to under-aged students (less than 18 years old)

Going out at night
We ask our staff in Malaga To Go Learning Spanish and our host families to let us know if any of our younger students are behaving in a manner which they feel would be inappropriate. We would normally expect students of this age to be indoors no later than 01.00 during the week and no later than 02.00 at the weekend.

Alcoholic drinks and tobacco
Consumption of these products by students under 18 is prohibited in the school and on events organised by the school. Spanish police take a tough line with regards the possession and consumption of illegal drugs.

Attendance and academic rules
– students must attend all their lessons
– students must be punctual
– each day’s homework assignment must be completed before the beginning of lessons

Failure to fulfil these requirements may result in a student being placed in a lower class, not receiving a certificate of attendance and, in extreme cases, the school reserves the right to ask the student to leave without right to a refund of fees.
